PMP® exam preparation
We have developed a very comprehensive plan for helping those who
are planning to take the PMP® Examination.
As you may know, ESI has two course offerings as well as self-study
tools to help individuals pass the PMP® Examination. Our courses
include:
- PMP® Exam Preparation (e-training course)
- PMP® Exam Preparation (2-day classroom course)
- PMP® Power Exam Preparation (5-day classroom course)
Important: ESI highly recommends that students who take
the PMP® Prep exam course should have a certain level of knowledge
or experience beforehand. They either should have taken our fundamental
courses such as "Managing Projects", "Risk Management"
and "Scheduling and Cost Control" or have some experience
to the same level.

Maintaining your PMP® status and Professional Development Units (PDUs)
The PMI® requires that a PMP® earn 60 professional development units
(PDUs) every three years in order to maintain certification.
ESI has been recognised by PMI® as a Charter Global Registered Education
Provider (provider #1038).
Each hour of learning on our public courses earns you one PDU
and all e-training courses also entitle you to the valuable Units.
ESI International has now a large range of courses for experienced
project managers which will take you to the next level in project
management and will able you to maintain your PMP® Certification.
To report your PDUs, you will need to submit a
PMP® Professional Development Activities Reporting Form directly
to PMI. This form can be found on the PMI® website www.pmi.org.
For each PMP® Activity Report, reflecting PDU's
earned with a Registered Education Provider, (category 3 from
PMI® guidelines), you will be asked to provide a "Programme Number".
This 12-character number can be completed as follows: The first
four spaces, preceding the hyphen, are for ESI's "Provider Number:"
1038.
The eight spaces provided following the hyphen are for ESI's six
character course code (or Programme Number), specific to the class
you've completed. Since all course codes are six characters long,
report the first two spaces as zeros. ESI course codes can be found
on the confirmation letter you received upon registration as well
as in ESI's project management catalogues and the course pages on
this Website.
